Error description

• When attempting to cut records from a WebSphere MQ Queue using
  File Manager, receive abend S0C1-01. The File Manager/ISPF clip
  board has a maximum record length of 32K, this abend occurs
  when MQ records greater than 32K are attempted to be cut to the
  clip board.

  The clipboard has a maximum record size of 32K. Attempting to
  use the CUT primary command to copy records with a length
  greater than 32K to the clipboard results in a storage overlay
  and a S0C1 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• File Manager is modified to issue an error message and terminate
  processing if a record greater than 32K is attempted to be
  copied to the clipboard using the CUT primary command.
