Error description

• When running File Manager Data Set Copy (DSC) with a REXX user
  procedure, the following 0C4 abend is received:
  
   A system abend 0C4 reason code X'11' occurred in module FMNMAIN
   CSECT FMNRUNRX at offset X'6FA0'.
  
  This occurs when processing FM functions with boundaries
  outside the length of the record.
