  application:

  BAQ status code:      4
  BAQ status message: BAQI0004E: Configuration property "" was not
                                 specified.
  
  The message should indicate a property that is required for the
  communication stub, but the name of the property is not given.

  The calls used to set up the environment for the IMS or z/OS API
  requester application were not consistently returning the
  correct responses. This resulted in the BAQI0004E message
  being issued without the relevant information.

• The z/OS Connect EE API requester communications stub has been
  changed to use a different set of calls which return the correct
  data on failure.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.18.0 (PH07350).
