Error description

• In IBM Rational Software Architect Designer (RSAD), after
  performing a REST Service Model-to-Swagger transformation on a
  model that contains an attribute with text in the
  "Documentation" field and whose "Multiplicity" value is "1..*",
  the "Documentation" in the JSON file is written within the
  attribute's "items".
  
  The attribute's "Documentation" contents should instead be at
  the same level as "type".
  

Local fix

• Modify the code manually, so that "Documentation" contents are
  located at the same level as "type".
