    ****************************************************************
IP PrintWay termination routines due not serialize use of the
queue file correctly during abnormal termination or cancellation
of an FSA. This results in an abend0C4 in module ANFQSCAN and
in obsolete queue file entries. The obsolete records results
in IP PrintWay hanging or terminating with JES abends upon
    restart.

Problem conclusion

  • The IP PrintWay task termination and recovery routines have bee
changed to serialize use of the queue file and to ensure all
obsolete records are erased prior to task or address space
    termination.
