• On UNIX, the TEMS initialisation code was not checking if the
  default value of 512k had been overridden.

  The TEMS initialisation code was not checking if the default
  value of 512k for KGL_GMMSTORE has been overridden by the
  setting in the environment file.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the code to set KGL_GMMSTORE to the value of the
  variable if it exists in the environment file.
