  1. Application Trace Facility improvements are needed.
     * Allow summarization-only option and expand summary
       record to include detail metrics.
     * Allow logging of ATF summary records to IMS.
     * Show message arrival time.
     * Collect database names used in the transaction.
     * Show DB2 and MQ events.
     * Input Qtime inconsistent with IMS Performance Analyzer.
  2. Application Trace Facility data is not displayed after the
     IMS region is recycled.
  3. No enhanced 3270 workspaces are available for External
     Subsystems.
  4. CPI-C transaction elapsed times do not match IMS
     Performance Analyzer.
  5. MQ-specific fields may not be collected by ATF for IMS
     V14.1.
  6. USERID is not available in the KIPDEPS/KIPDEPD workspaces.

     enhanced 3270UI.  This is also a zoom option directly to
     the underlying subsystem product.
  4. CPI-C transaction elapsed times are now matching IMS
     Performance Analyzer.
  5. MQ-specific fields collection has been corrected for IMS
     V14.1.
  6. USERID was added to the KIPDEPS/KIPDEPD workspaces.
  
      This PTF will match fix pack 5.3.0-TIV-KIP-FP0003.
      This PTF introduces a new self describing agent level
      of 05.30.03.00
