  * The IBM z13 GA2 and IBM z13s provides support for Internal   *
  * Shared Memory (ISM) VCHIDs.  This is a new function SPE to   *
  * provide Shared Memory Communications - Direct Memory Access  *
  * (SMC-D) support to allow you to exploit the ISM high         *
  * performance communications support.                          *

• This new function allows you to enable Shared Memory
  Communications - Direct Memory Access to provide high
