• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Abends0c4 in INGPHLLC.  Mixed case definition of SE console
  name caused Support Element to be mistaken for HMC therefore
  incorrect initialization was attempted.
  

Local fix

• Ensure ALL definitions in Support Element are in upper case
  ONLY.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Initialization of the Processor         *
  *                      Operations session to a CPC causes      *
  *                      Abend S0C4 in the module INGCHW00 for   *
  *                      SE connections if SE Console Name has   *
  *                      been defined in  mixed case.            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  Command ISQXIII performs various steps to establish a connection
  to the target  hardware and target systems. To determine the
  target console type, the console  name is compared to the CPC
  Name. If the SE console name has been defined in    mixed case,
  the connection erroneously recognised as a HMC and initialized
  incorrectly, causing abend S0C4 in module INGCHW00.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module INGCHW0A that performs the connection initialization has
  been enhanced to support mixed case console names and recognize
  target console type correctly.
  The following linked submodules have been auto-recompiled
  due to build environment MAC updates: ISQPXMLP, ISQPWAIT.
