Error description

• Currently, global variables have a limit of 31 characters and
  global variables values have a limit of 255 characters. This
  length limit should be increased.

  APAR OA47872 provides an enhancement to allow longer global
  variable names and values to be defined, used, and saved. As
  such, the record size of the DSISVRT VSAM cluster needs to be
  increased. Sample CNMSI101 contains a suggested DEF CLUSTER
  statement for DSISVRT that needs to be updated with the new
  record size in case the sample is used to allocate NetView VSAM
  clusters afresh.

• Sample CNMSI101 is being changed to use a maximum record size of
  4086 for the DSISVRT cluster to be able to support combined
  global variable name and value lengths up to 4000.
  
  Note: If NetView VSAM clusters had been allocated and used,
  re-running the CNMSJ004 job to reallocate the DSISVRT cluster
  with the larger record size is not necessary. Instead, new
  sample CNMSJM15 that is shipped with OA47872 can be used to
  allocate a new cluster and migrate existing data.
