*                      after an Aggregator run where           *
*                      COUNTUSAGEFULL=Y is in effect.          *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

When COUNTUSAGEFULL=Y is in effect, the Aggregator currently
deletes PRODUCT_USE records in order to force a recalculation
of these records and synchronize them with detailed usage
records.This has a side effect of clearing any SCRT
data that was written directly into this table using the
HSISSCRT tool.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The Aggregator will still delete PRODUCT_USE records but
only for records that have no SCRT data.

For records that have both SCRT values and event counts,
we only clear the event counts which forces a subsequent
refresh of their values during the same Aggregator run.
