Error description

• IMS region not recovered after system reset with PAM on the
  reset System.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A group can drop out of recovery mode   *
  *                      during Automation Manager takeover      *
  *                      processing.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  If the system running the PAM leaves the sysplex then some
  groups that had members active on the departed system may drop
  out of recovery mode in the ensuing hot start.
  The effect of this is that group members on the departed
  system that should have been recovered to other systems are not.
  

Problem conclusion

• INGLOGIC has been changed to make sure that the group does not
  drop out of recovery mode during AM takeover.
