Error description

• When VSAM RLS is in use and there are more than 124 waiters for
  a record, collecting RLS data may cause an overlay of SQA
  starting in the SMSVSAM ASCB.

  *                      may cause an overlay of SQA starting    *
  *                      in the SMSVSAM ASCB.                    *

  When there are more than 124 VSAM RLS waiters for a record,
  the OMEGAMON CICS buffer will fill, the continuation call
  does not correctly address the collection buffer resulting in
  CICS RLS data being written to the last usage of that
  pointer - the SMSVSAM ASCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• OMEGAMON CICS was changed to correctly address the collection
  buffer on all calls.
