• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ABEND 0C4 in IDCLA01
  SRB driver code may call CT/Engine services in key 0.  If the
  enginethread is swapped out and the real TCB is subsequently
  used for another task, that task will be entered in key 0.
  IDCSS01 will force an abend if entered in key 0.
  Other programs may respond in other undesirable ways
