  At ISQSTART, a ReXX Syntax error occurs in clist ISQRCVM.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurs if a SUBGROUP with system members has been
  defined with the SA z/OS customization dialogs, but one or more
  systems have not been linked to a processor. At runtime during
  ISQSTART processing, clist ISQRCVM should recognize such a
  condition and automatically remove these systems from the
  SUBGROUP member list. This logic has now been added to ISQRCVM.
