Error description

• TEMS is crashing after upgrading from 6.3.0 to 6.3.0 FP02.
  When using event forwarding.

Local fix

• Turn off event forwarding by removing the check from the
  "Tivoli Event Integration Facility" box and restart the TEMS.

  Tivoli Monitoring 6.3.0 to 6.3.0 Fix Pack 2. The crash
  occurs when event forwarding is enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to eliminate the crash.
