  1. Update OMEGAMON IMS for future IBM product announcements.
  2. IRTA may not show the correct RTA status on IMS V13.
  3. The addition of IMS Logger User Exit with APAR OA40749
     can cause abends in the IMS control region if the
     OMEGAMON IMS load library is installed in the z/OS
     LINKLST library concatenation.
  4. RTA may not be allowed to restart using IRTA START
     following IRTA STOP command after APAR OA40891.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. New IBM positioning changes have been added to product.
  2. Code has been changed to properly check for IMS V13
     logger workarea availability and provide correct status.
  3. The IMS logger exit name has been removed from the
     OMEGAMON IMS TKANMOD load library.
  4. RTA code has been corrected to allow restart when DATACOL
     is still active.
