Error description

• KFWITM354E message is issued when attempting to retrieve CCC
  Logs
  historical data.  The following messages are also issued in the
  TEMS
  RAS1 trace log:

• Provided a corrected kms.cat file by adding KRANDREG to the "H"
  record.

  The user is returned error KFWITM354E when attempting to
  query History for CCC Logs (Situation Status Log).
  The monitoring server fails to load the probe for Local
  History.  As a result, any attempts to exercise SQL queries
  against Local History file TSITSTSH will fail with the
  following error message:
  
   KFWITM217E Request error SQL1_CreateRequest failed rc=5
