  The IBM Tivoli Monitoring agent ABEND S0C4 at SHUTDOWN.
  RAS1 message "KLVER011 ABNORMAL TERMINATION AVERTED:
  CODE(0C4000)" is issued in the log.  This APAR is a follow-
  on correction for OA41787.
  

Problem conclusion

• The IBM Tivoli Monitoring agent code was changed to
  serialize IRA framework shutdown processing.
