Error description

• ABEND0C4 in KPDMANE after a maintenance job (RECOVER) is
  initiated to repair an RGENHIS file.

  The Persistent DataStore (PDS) abends in
  @@008175(ITBL)+x'2C4' with register 6 = x'CFCFCFCF' due to
  bad data in an internal control block.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Persistent DataStore code has been changed to avoid the
  ABEND.
