New improvements are made on the termination processing.
Problem conclusion
The storage of the communication control blocks between the agent and USS threads is changed to be allocated and freed by the USS threads. This prevents the storage from being freed by the agent while the USS threads are still active. The following improvements are made on the agent termination processing. 1. The enablement of immediate shutdown. 2. New environmental parameter KQI_SHUTDOWN_WAIT_LIMIT.
