Error description

• ABEND0C4 in DSITUMSG at offset x'8E' due to REG10 containing
  EBCDIC.  REG10 was loaded from REG11 is the pointer to the work
  area, but the CWB address is not at offset '230' as DSITUMSG
  expects, but rather at offset '250'. The CWB pointer was set up
  by DSITASKU which called DSITUMSG at offset '1BE0'

  APAR OA41986 added 4 fields to the middle of a work area that
  is shared by and explicitly defined in modules DSITASKU and
  DSITUMSG.  Because the 4 fields were not added to DSITUMSG's
  definition of the work area, where DSITUMSG (called to put out
  a message for some error) looks for a parameter (an address)
  is not where DSITASKU stored it.  Instead, DSITUMSG picks up a
  piece of a keyword name and uses that as an address, causing
  the abend x'0C4'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Part DSITASKU is being changed to move the 4 fields created by
  APAR OA41986 to the end of the work area.  In addition,
  commentary is being added throughout the work area to notify
  readers that corresponding changes need to be made in part
  DSITUMSG.
