Error description
I can not run zOSEventSupport_rules.sh to copy file from EventPump directory to linux2s390. When I installed EventPump 4.2.2.5-TIV-EP-FP0005 for eif probe, I can not run zOSEventSupport_rules.sh to copy file from EventPump directory to linux2s390. The shell script seems resolve the directory as linux3s390. It is different with my previous system. The following is the result after I run zOSEventSupport_rules.sh: yangshul@glpauto5:/opt/IBM/tivoli/netcool/omnibus/etc/EventPump> ./zOSEventSupport_rules.sh cp: target `/opt/IBM/tivoli/netcool/omnibus/probes/linux3s390' is not a directory yangshul@glpauto5:/opt/IBM/tivoli/netcool/omnibus/etc/EventPump> SUMMARY OF PROBLEM: Issues installing the event pump onto SuSE 11 SP2.
Local fix
Manually copy the files to the correct $ARCH Directory.
