Error description

• Abend S0C4 occurs during TEMS shutdown.  The failure is the
  result of an
  incorrectly coded TRC1_NoteError() statement in kdsmacmd.c'c
  ShutdownCommand() function.

• A ++APAR can be provided if required for this abend during
  shutdown.

  Abend S0C4 occurs during shutdown of the Tivoli Enterprise
  Management Server. The abend is the result of an incorrectly
  coded attempt to display a message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to properly display a message
  instead of abending.
