  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a user associates a situation with *
  *                      a Storage Toolkit action, such as,      *
  *                      submitting a batch JCL and uses symbols *
  *                      to substitute values in that JCL or     *
  *                      other function, any decimal point which *
  *                      should appear in the substituted value  *
  *                      is lost. This fix will cause the        *
  *                      decimal point to appear in the correct  *
  *                      position in the value.                  *
