Error description

• Persistent DataStore (PDS) ABENDs.
  

Local fix

• Delete all PDS History Datasets (especially the GROUP
  datasets) and reallocate them using ICAT. Restart the TEMS.

  An ABEND occurs in Persistent DataStore (PDS).  The ABEND is
  caused by a bad chain pointer, characterized by x'FFFFFFFF'
  in register 6.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to detect the bad chain pointer
  and prevent the ABEND.
