  *                         is incorrect.                        *

  *                         OI465: RGID is missing or invalid;   *
  *                      3. DUMP minor commands may not accept   *
  *                         more than 2 digits for a command     *
  *                         argument.                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *

  1. The ACTI minor of the RGNx major commands in classic,
     which is used for the elapsed time value for regions
     such as the Control Region, shows values of over 700
     days after the year change. The computation of this
     value did not account for the change in year.
  2. If PNR command is invoked by the ZOOM command, the OI465
     message is issued incorrectly.
  3. The DUMP minor commands need to be updated to allow more
     than two digits for a command argument.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The computation of the elapsed time in the ACTI minor
     has been corrected to accommodate the change in year.
  2. The PNR command was updated to tolerate invoking via ZOOM.
  3. The DUMP minor commands will now accept a longer command
     argument.
