Error description

• Data missing from Epilog datastore.
  
  Storage growth (above the line, private) running RTA with shared
  queues, possibly leading to address space out of storage.
  Symptoms may be, but not limited to, C78 or 878 abend,
  and/or message OI391.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1 Storage growth observed in the        *

  1 z/OS services being called which are not thread safe.
  2 Incorrect correlation being performed for IMS messages
    originating on one IMS and processed on another.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1 Implemented current z/OS service and ensured service
    is being called in a thread safe fashion.
  2 The IMS CQS logstream will be read and used to correlate
    messages to generate the correct IMS message topology.
