Error description

• Change to the MSYS command to have a CPU value similar to what
  the OMEGAMON for z/OS shows in the SYS /RCPR

  OMEGAMON for IMS calculates the processor CPU time differently
  than OMEGAMON for z/OS. For both products to agree on the same
  values a design change is required to OMEGAMON for IMS to be
  updated to obtain these from RMF. This will require a develop-
  ment effort scheduled for a later release of the product.
