  Some transactions seem to have input or program input time/
  counts, but not processing time/counts.  This occurs when
  multiple transactions are processed by the same BMP without
  checkpoints.  All of these transactions have the same
  recovery id.
  

Problem conclusion

• RTA will now compute processing time/counts for multiple
  transactions with the same recovery id.
