APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Schedule changes in SVP (Service Periods) entries when changed
  (for example blanked out) are not picked if SVP is linked to
  a MTR (Monitor Resource) and the BUILD type is MOD (MODIFIED).
  

Local fix

• Perform BUILD with type of ALL.
