Error description

• Excessive number of RO *ALL,D IPLINFO issued at SA
  initialization time.  If there are a lot of systems in the plex,
  the command output can get large and write a lot of data to
  the syslog.

  'RO *ALL,D IPLINFO' commands.
  
  Module AOFR1ILL has been modified to notify System Automation
