Error description

'Tape_Drives.Address' attribute is converted from Hexadecimal to
Decimal when the event is sent to from HUB TEMS to event server
(TEC or Omnibus)
Tape Drive Address is correctly shown as HEX in TEP but when it
is converted to $Tape_Drives.Address$ before sending  to
event server, the same Address is shown as DEC.

Problem summary


    

  • Slot conversion handling not consistent with respect to format
and attempt to fix was only partial.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Future release will have to better handle attribute conversion
for consistency with eventing.
