  &rhilev.&rte.RKANPARU(KppENV), if customer
  would like to exploit the different agent features.
  2. Move the KOBAGENT OMEGAMON Enhanced 3270 UI Data Retrieval
  Agent (DRA) back in the TEMS &rhilev.&rte.RKANCMDU(KDSSTRT1) to
  avoid TEMS startup issues if KOBAGENT DRA starts up before the
  TEMS.
