APAR status

Error description

• Problem Description: ABEND0C3 and Message KLVFM002 due to a one
  byte overlay of an Engine Storage Header. The RKLVLOG will
  show: KLVER011 ABNORMAL TERMINATION AVERTED: CODE(000064)

  KLVFM002 STORAGE RELEASE ERROR  S000 U0100
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure: Bring up a TEMS which has a
  start for the KOBAGENT in the address space.
  
  
  What triggers the problem is the SRT addresses need to start
  x'15'.  The code that does the overlay scans storage for a
  x'15' then overlays it with zero when it finds one.
  

Local fix

• No workaround available.
  

Problem summary

• ITM Engine issues message KLVFM002 STORAGE RELEASE ERROR.
  
  
  This ABEND occurred due to a one byte overlay of an Engine
  Storage header.
  

Problem conclusion

• A process "ran off the end" of a x'1000' byte buffer and
  corrupted the Engine Storage header in the next Engine storage
  block.
  
  The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance
