  level abends during shutdown executing the following

Local fix

Problem summary

• System ABEND S0C4 occurs in IBM Tivoli Monitoring agent during
  address space shutdown.  The ABEND summary of register content
  identifies component KRA. This is especially true of IBM Tivoli
  Monitoring agents executing in the IBM Tivoli Monitoring server
  address space.
  

Problem conclusion

• Additional code has been added to serialize IRA termination of
  multiple IBM Tivoli Monitoring agents in a z/OS address space.
  This APAR addresses a majority of the shutdown abends but there
  are known additional shutdown abends that will be addressed in
  follow on APARs.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
  vehicle:
