  SA-BCPii initialization routine INGRX806 reports RC 1 from
  INGHWCMD. SA34 only: Internal ProcOps routines get Rexx error
  'Routine not found'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Module INGRX810/INGHWCMD was changed. Internal checking for the
  SCLP ET32 interface availability was changed to retry checking
  in a loop to give the interface enough time to get initialized
  before it is used.

  Rexx macro ISQC0001 was changed to no longer use the macro form
  of AOFMSG. The include-macro is used in:
