OA40713: Misleading Sysplex CF Cache Structure Data Utilized Storage Size

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In TEP, when using the "Coupling Facility Structures for
  Sysplex" view, a lots of CF structures shows in the
  "Utilized Storage Size" column a value of 100%.
  Coupling Facility Structures Data for Sysplex'
  Utilized Storage Size is incorrect for cache structures
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  *                      structures in the Statistics Workspace  *

  *                      Values of 100.0% are misleading.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  The Utilized Storage Size is intended to show utilization of
  the structure.  Reporting storage use for a cache structure
  is no longer a measure of the structure's use.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Utilized Storage Size will now report the percent of
  in use structure objects (entries and data elements).
