Error description
When an INGTIMER is purged then the internal cglobals are not cleaned up (deregistered). As a result, an INGTIMER PURGE command will always attempt to purge non-existent timers because the internal 0TMR cglobals are still pointing to them. In case there are large numbers accumulated over time, this can then result in msgDSI374A THRESHOLD REACHED, number BUFFERS ON MESSAGE QUEUE OF task.
