• Closed as program error.

Error description

• ILST command may receive a program check when accessing storage
  that is fetch-protected or not available.  The problem occurs
  when the ILST display begins on valid addresses but has a length
  that continues to addresses that are invalid or unavailable.
  
  The error is recovered.
