  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a dataset's DSCB indicates an      *
  *                      amount of used space that is greater    *
  *                      than the allocated space, there is the  *
  *                      possibility of a abend 0C9 on the       *
  *                      divide operation to determine the       *
  *                      percentage of used space. After         *
  *                      applying this fix, when used space is   *
  *                      greater that allocated space the divide *
  *                      operation will be bypassed and percent  *
  *                      used will be set to 100%.               *
