• Problem Description:
  
  In an FTO environment, if a situation predicate is modified, the
  RULE database record is not correctly updated on the MIRROR
  TEMS, so after a fail over the situation will not perform as
  expected.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  
  This problem is recreated by L3 engineer and he has all the
  information

  In a Fault Tolerant Option (FTO) environment, if a situation
  predicate is modified, the RULE database record is not
  correctly updated on the mirror monitoring server. After a
  fail over, the situation will not perform as expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code was changed to cause the situation to be properly
  updated on a mirror monitoring server.
