OA40080: STORAGE LEAK IN OMEGAMON II INTERFACE WHEN TEMS COMMUNICATIONS IS LOST

Error description

• When the OMEGAMON II started task loses communication with the
  TEMS, each subsequent logon attempt and failure will cause a
  small storage leak until communications is established. The
  the communications problem persists long enough, the OMEGAMON
  II started task may enter the storage quiesce state and need
  to be recycled.
