  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using TCP/IP sockets for           *
  *                      communication and a null or oversized   *
  *                      TCP/IP buffer is received, an           *
  *                      ABENDU0006-08 may occur in FNMBUF10.    *

  When a null buffer is received a flag is set to indicate this
  in FNMTCP10. Later FNMTCP10 frees the buffer using one variable
  and clears that variable. Then even later because the null
  buffer flag is set it tries to free the buffer again. But it
  uses a different variable whose value was set equal to the first
  variable when the buffer was gotten. This is what caused the
  NPM user abend U0006-08 in FNMBUF10.
  

Problem conclusion

• FNMTCP10 is being changed to use a single variable to hold the
  address of the gotten TCP buffer storage.
