OA38805: REPETITIVE MESSAGES CONCERNING CANTBIND SOCKET IF TCP/IP IS NOT UP AT AGENT STARTUP
Closed as duplicate of another APAR.
If TCP/IP is not up when the Agent starts, excessive messages are generated to JES SPOOL concerning our inability to connect
Workaround is to ensure TCP/IP is up prior to Agent startup
The same problem was opened for two releases. This will be solved by OA40603, and will have PTF's built for both V420 and V510.
