OA37210: UNABLE TO EDIT JCL ON MERGE TOOL EDIT AND SUBMIT JCL PANEL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A problem has been reported that does not allow JCL from the
  Merge Tool Edit and Submit JCL panel to be edited. The
  aforementioned panel flashes, but the TSO/ISPF edit screen is
  not displayed. This change will allow all users to invoke option
  1, edit, on the Merge Tool Edit and Submit JCL panel.
  
  Another issue corrected with this fix involves changes made to
  the jobcard on the aforementioned panel, which previously were
  not being updated in the submitted JCL. With this change, any
  changes made to the jobcard fields on the Merge Tool Edit and
  Submit JCL panel will be honored every time the fields are
  changed. Prior to this fix, changes to the edit fields were
  merged into the JCL skeleton variables only on the first
  modification of the panel fields. With this change, jobcard
  fields are always included in the submitted JCL.
