Error description

• By default, parameters defined in the Breeze COMMON SECTION of
  the CIGINI are available only to the primary CIGINI file, and
  not to an alternate CIGINI file. For Breeze users, this
  restriction does not allow members defined to the
  JAVASERVERCONTROL dataset to be loaded from an alternate CIGINI
  file. With this change, Breeze will load members from an
  alternate CIGINI file in the case an alternate CIGINI file is
  allocated to a user session, to a batch job, or to a Breeze
  server.
