Error description

• OMEGAMON XE on z/OS CPU %age is the sum of SRB + TCB.  OMEGAMON
  II for MVS CPU %age = SRB + TCB + PHTM.

  *                      Address Space CPU Utilization workspace *
  *                      shows lower than expected usage.        *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  The cpu percent value included only srb and tcb time in its
  calculation of task cpu usage.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the code to include enclave cpu usage in the
  calculation of the cpu percent value.
