Error description

• High CPU utilization in TEMA when Agent sends large row sets
  (e.g. thousands of rows).

  Storage was not being used efficiently when copying rows of
  data from an agent into the buffer.
  

Problem conclusion

• The storage allocation algorithm for copying row sets has
  been improved, especially when the Agent returns a large
  number of rows.
