• Created a policy which included a CT_Email activity to run on a

  Data used by these activity types is stored in UTF-8 and
  parsing the data fails on z/OS because it was using hardcoded
  literal values.
  

Problem conclusion

• The hardcoded literals were converted to their UTF-8
  equivalents.
